VINIFICATION:

SENSORY ANALYSIS:

Pale pink color with aromas of strawberry and morello cherry. Balanced fruity taste with spicy acidity and velvety aftertaste. Accompanies a wide range of Mediterranean cuisine. Served at 16-18 degrees.
